Versatility comes standard.
Every MDO3000 comes with a built-in spectrum analyzer. Featuring an independent RF acquisition system for the most accurate RF measurements, you can use one instrument as an oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer without compromising on performance.
See why the MDO3000 is different than a traditional oscilloscope FFT.
Compare the MDO3000’s Integrated Spectrum Analyzer to an Oscilloscope with FFT
Specifications: The MDO3000’s dedicated N-connector and acquisition system deliver RF performance comparable to stand-alone, entry-level spectrum analyzers, and well beyond that of a typical oscilloscope.
Usability: The front panel includes a section dedicated to the spectrum analyzer that provides direct access to the most commonly used settings such as Center Frequency and Span, Reference Level, Resolution Bandwidth, and Markers. The 10-digit keypad enables quick and easy entry of precise frequency values.
Analysis: The MDO3000 includes common spectrum analyzer tools and measurements, like automatic and manual markers, multiple detection methods, channel power, ACPR, and occupied bandwidth. Oscilloscope FFT’s don’t support this level of RF analysis.
Value: Although the MDO3000 combines the capabilities of both an oscilloscope and a spectrum analyzer, it delivers them for much less than the cost of two instruments.
